Hägnan and Kyrkbyn

Hägnan is an open air museum in Luleå. You can see some old houses that are very old and you can try to live like people did a long time ago. It’s very very cool. They have sheep and horses that you can ride and pigs that you can feed. It’s open almost everyday. Its free to go there but some of the weeks it costs some money.
Between 7th and 8th December there is a Christmas market, on the market you can buy many things, you can buy spiced wine, handcrafts, pastries and a lot more. Take time to see all of there animals!
Close to Hägnan is the church village. It’s very old and Luleå was there before it is where it is now.

A little bit about Kyrkbyn - the Church village:
There is a pretty huge Church village with small red cottages. Not every cottage has their own small garden but some do. It’s a very pretty place, and there is a lot to see. The Church is also in use still.
